Digital Declutter Handbook

You have forty versions of one document and none of them are named properly. This walks you through fixing it in small passes rather than one heroic weekend that never happens.

Daily Researcher Wellness Tracker

One page a day. Mood, sleep, focus, one intention, three priorities. It takes two minutes and it makes patterns visible that you would otherwise only notice in month six.

Simple PhD Application Checklist

Every document, contact and deadline in a sequence that makes sense, so you stop opening twelve tabs to work out what comes next.

all three are in the folder anyway ✦

  • One email arrives, with one Google Drive link
  • All three files are in that folder, ready to download or print
  • No sequence to sit through, no upsell wall, no waiting
✦ Who made this

I built these because I needed them

Hi, I am Dora. I work in environmental water monitoring, with a background in analytical chemistry and method validation, and I am doing a PhD alongside it.

Every LucidLab Toolkit file started as something I made for my own work at eleven at night, because nothing that already existed quite fit. These three are the ones I give away, because the parts of research they cover are the parts nobody puts in a training programme.

chaos in, clarity out ✦

✦ The Lucid Collective

What lands in your inbox after that

  • New free tools, before they go anywhere else
  • A standing subscriber discount on the full toolkit
  • Occasional notes on how I actually organise research work
  • Roughly two to three emails a month, and never a sales email dressed as a newsletter

Still here? Take the folder.

Three files, one link, no cost. Worst case, you delete an email.
